Changing your Outlook Express settings for the New Mail Server.
Changing to the new server is a 2 step process.
Step 1 is to check the old server for any mail that may be left there.
Step 2 is to change settings for the new server.

Step 1

Load/Open Outlook Express

Click on Tools > Accounts

Select the Mail Tab

Click on the account to check > then click on "Properties"

Click on "Servers" tab

Server Information
My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
Incoming mail (POP3): post.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com

Incoming Mail Server
Account name: username/yourdomain.com
Password: yourpaswrd
Check "Remember Password"
Check "My server requires authentication"

Click on OK > Close > Send/Recv

After all mail has been received proceed to Step 2.
